- Add it to Chrome. On the store page click Add to Chrome, then confirm with Add extension.
- Pin it so it's always one click away: open the puzzle-piece Extensions menu in the toolbar and pin SVG Extractor & Editor.
- Open any page and click the icon to list its SVGs — pick one, edit it, then save.

Edge can install extensions from the Chrome Web Store, so yes — once it's published.
