The Canopy School is a nature-centered, brain-based microschool in West Palm Beach. I created the brand and built a site with a web app behind it: multi-step enrollment with signed agreements and payments, program sign-ups, coaching bookings and recurring donations. I host it and look after it too.
A new kind of school, explained.
Canopy's model — seven pillars, trauma-informed, multilingual and nature-based — is new to most parents. Enrolling also meant real paperwork: tuition agreements, medical forms, liability waivers and an application fee before a trial day.

I gave the philosophy room to breathe: the seven pillars, a sample daily schedule and the founder's book. Behind it, I built guided multi-step forms that collect signatures and Square payments, and let parents save and resume later.

Families apply, sign every agreement and pay the application fee without a printed form. Mommy & Me, language lessons, coaching, donations and teacher applications run through the same system.
