- Type: free WordPress plugin
- Price: free (GPL-2.0)
- Version: 1.6
- Requires: WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 6.0+, PHP 7.3+
- Download: https://dcarock.com/freeware/woocommerce-products-video-slider

## What it does

Adds a **Product Videos** panel to the product editor. On the front end, videos appear **below the product photos**, in the same column as the gallery — and a video icon at the end of the gallery jumps visitors straight to the player.

- Add video links **one at a time**, with a **+ Add another video** button for as many as you need.
- Each video can have an optional **caption**, shown above it.
- One video shows on its own; several become a **slider** with left/right arrows and clickable dots.
- Supports **YouTube**, **Vimeo** and self-hosted files (`.mp4`, `.webm`, `.ogg`, `.ogv`, `.mov`). Other links fall back to WordPress oEmbed, then to a plain link.
- Fully responsive **16:9** embeds.

## Setup

1. **Install it.** In WordPress go to **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin**, choose the `.zip` you downloaded and click **Install Now**.
2. **Activate it** from the same screen (or later from **Plugins**). No settings page to configure.
3. **Add your videos.** Edit any product — the **Product Videos** box is in the right-hand column. Paste a link, add an optional caption, and click **+ Add another video** for more.
4. **Update the product** and view it: the videos sit under the product photos, with a play icon as the last item in the gallery.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which video links work?

YouTube, Vimeo and self-hosted files (.mp4, .webm, .ogg, .ogv, .mov). Anything else falls back to WordPress oEmbed, and if that fails, a plain link.

### Where do the videos show up?

Below the product photos, in the same column as the gallery. A video icon is added as the last gallery item — clicking it scrolls straight to the player.

### Can I add more than one video?

Yes, as many as you like. Two or more automatically turn into a slider with arrows and dots.

### Is it really free?

Yes — GPL-2.0, free forever, no upsells inside the plugin.
