Custom Backgammon is the authorized US retailer of FMGammon's handmade Turkish boards — from $250 minis to premium sets over $2,700. I designed the brand and built an online store where players choose a board, color its surface, upload a logo and watch it come together live before checkout. I host it and look after it too.

## The challenge: Made to order, sold from afar.

Every set is handcrafted in Istanbul and shipped worldwide, so buyers commit without ever touching the wood. Sixteen boards across four tiers, dozens of surfaces and custom logo work all had to feel simple — and trustworthy enough for a four-figure order.

## The approach: Let buyers design it themselves.

I built a customizer right into the store: pick three surface colors, upload a logo and see the board update live. Customizations stay editable in the cart, and a detailed FAQ answers shipping, tariffs and the 5-year warranty before anyone has to ask.

## The outcome: A Turkish workshop, open worldwide.

The store now carries 16 boards, 71 surfaces and 19 accessories, all ready to order online. Players get exactly the set they pictured, and every logo is reviewed by a designer before it goes to production.
